Over the past three weeks, the Technology Services Help Desk has dedicated more than 50 hours to developing a Blackboard introduction/tutorial. Our aim is to provide students with a simple and logical introduction to the features they will use most in Blackboard. This tutorial is applicable to online students as well as students who take classes face-to-face. Each step includes a troubleshooting guide to help you work through some common challenges.
