Network Outage Planned for August 7
Please remember that due to the power outage taking place tomorrow, the entire SAU network will be offline twice during the day. The first time will be from 6 AM to 7:30 AM as the data center is transferred to generator power. The second outage will also be 90 minutes and will occur upon completion of the maintenance work, likely early afternoon. You will receive an emails before and after the outages to notify you of service availability. The help desk will be open regular hours from 8 AM to noon tomorrow if you have any questions or concerns.
