Common Email Problems
The most common challenge people have with e-mail is going over their assigned size limit. If you get a warning that you’re approaching your size limit or that you can no longer send email, use this handy guide to get your mailbox size back within quotas. Reaching your Limit
- Go through your inbox, sent items, and other folders and delete any unneeded emails (especially sent items with attachments).
- Make sure to empty completely your deleted items folder!
- If after doing all these steps you are still over the limit, exit e-mail and then go back in. It may take the e-mail server several minutes to register your changes.
