Trouble Accessing Course Materials

Below are resolutions to common problems encountered when accessing Course Materials.

Missing Course Materials

If you are unable to locate certain course materials, contact your instructor to verify the location of the files in the course. An instructor may choose to make content appear only after a certain date if that aligns with course objects.

Unable to Open Files with Internet Explorer

When this happens, a ribbon will appear along the top of the SAUonline logo that says “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options…” Click on this bar and choose “Download File.”
