The Assignments tool enables you to create, manage, and distribute activities that assess students in meaningful ways beyond traditional objective tests. The Grade Center’s organization and management functionalities are incorporated into Assignments, allowing you to provide feedback and grades to students efficiently. In this workshop, you will experience the entire assignment process
and discover tips for creating successful online assignments. You will also be introduced to the Journals and Blogs tools, which can help you provide more meaningful assignment activities.
Next, you will learn to facilitate collaboration among students by setting up Groups. In Blackboard Learn™, Groups can have their own Discussion Board, Blog, Journals, and live chats. Group members can exchange documents, send email to other group members, and distribute tasks to keep the group on track. David Goodrich has notified me that I am an instructor for EDU503_FA09_E1. It’s not listed as one of my courses. I need to learn to navigate through the shell – when I can access it. I have gone to this site: http:/sites.arbor.edu/oat/blackboard-9/ and see tutorials for ’students’ — I think.
I know its the weekend and maybe you aren’t available. When you receive this, if you can help, please give me some direction if possible.
I believe my class begins on the 24th.
Thank you
